sixpence first became known as a lucky coin when
introduced by King Edward VI of England in 1551. Symbolizes
the promise of a lifetime of joy, and good fortune for
the bride and a lifetime of good health, happiness,
wealth and wedded bliss to the newlywed couple.
The
six pence is mounted on a single sided card with a
pretty poem for each occasion.
